Context
Independent artists in the region find it hard to reach global streaming platforms and to receive royalties through the payment services they use.
What I did
- Reviewed competitors and regulatory requirements.
- Designed a delivery architecture based on the DDEX industry standard.
- Designed payouts through MTN MoMo and Airtel Money.
- Built a five-tab financial model covering pricing, costs and break-even.
Result
Business case complete.
